Once project enquiry is received, we appraise client to provide scope of work, Conceptual Presentation, Reference Project (showing Documentation standard), Project Schedule with different Delivery Milestones, Technology used (AutoCAD or Revit) and Format of Drawings delivery. After this, budgetary estimate for the project is prepared and sent to client for approval. Once approved, contract finalization is done, project team is formed, and team starts working on the project.

In this model, design team have total control over the project and direct documentation team on a regular basis as per their priority. It is need on basis model. Here a studio manager is leading the team and coordinationing with the team and check drawings prior to its delivery. At end of each week, Studio Manager send weekly timesheet to the Design Team for their reference.

As per project requirement, team size on different project is evaluated daily and task is assigned to the team accordingly.
