If required, we are involved with the client from very beginning even the project is not awarded. We suggest client on documentation time and documentation budget, and according client submit their bid. After project is awarded, we work with client on schematic phase for approval of design. We assist client by preparing 3D visuals, sketch-up model, and presentation drawings. As soon as design is approved, we start working upon design development drawings and submit drawings to the client. It is issued to different stakeholder for coordination and comment and for any conflict’sresolution. Once all coordination is done, we start with construction documentation and lastly construction drawing is issued.

We prepare 3D Model for drawings production, clash detection, construction studies and presentation drawings. We also work on 4D Model for sequencing of the work, generating schedules and creating animation for presentation purposes. If 5D modelling is required, we prepare cost planning as well as estimation from the model, but we should be known this before starting of the project as to know purpose of the model.
We work mostly on BIM 360 platform on the project from different geographies to seamlessly work on real-time basis.
Apart from this our team are also proficient on scan to BIM where they had created model from scanned data, used developed model for value engineering (VE) exercise. Our team had also experience on Energy modelling and analysis along with lighting and ventilation analysis, structural analysis, Fabrication modelling for CnC manufacturing, 3D printing and laser cutting and also created intelligent parametric libraries as required by client.
